Shipping destinations and charges

Available destinations, shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If no shipping option is available for an address, we cannot currently ship to that destination.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after confirmation, typically within 1–3 business days. Processing and delivery estimates may be longer during holidays, promotions, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

Delivery and cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only when shown at checkout. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Address changes are not guaranteed after dispatch. Tracking details are provided when supported by the carrier.

Delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. For returns and exchanges, see our Return and refund policy.
